Our Policies

Hospital Visits

All hospital visits are scheduled by appointment only and begin daily at 9:00 am.  Surgeries or animals being admitted into the hospital should arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 am.

Please ensure that you check in with the front desk upon arrival. We also ask that you let us know of any samples (such as feces or urine) that require testing. Emergencies or unforeseen conditions may interrupt appointment times, but the delay will be no longer than absolutely necessary.


In order to ensure the utmost safety for you and your pet, please be certain to always have your pet on a leash or in a crate or carrier at all times while in the hospital. To prevent unnecessary injury, pets should always be restrained securely during exams. If you require a leash or crate, please let us know, and we'll be happy to loan you one.


All of our veterinary fees are in accordance with the OVMA fee guide or lower. Please do not hesitate to discuss any costs with our office manager prior to treatment. Please also note that an estimate is always available for you.

We accept payments of cash, debit (Interac), Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is due when services are rendered.

Hospitalized Pets

In order to protect your pet while they are staying with us, we require that all hospitalized patients be up-to-date on their annual examinations and required vaccinations.


We no longer offer on-site grooming. To inquire about grooming, please reach out to CRZY4K9S & CATS 2 at 905-853-7243. They are located at 45 Grist Mill Road in Holland Landing.
